    Rituals question

If a ritual is only available in war, and we start it in war, will we still have it when we WD?

Yes, the duration of the ritual isn't tied to relations or stances. Once you enter EoWCF, however, the ritual will not provide any benefit (I'm assuming you're referring to the Affluent ritual, which only has an effect during war).

Are you sure of this? Can I get admin confirmation? I've been unable to find an answer to this in the guide or changes thread

Affluent will only provide a benefit while you are in war.

It does not provide a benefit during EOW.

It does not matter when you start it.

I have another ritual question .. what causes a ritual spell to succeed or fail? Is it purely based on Guilds? 20% (unaffected by BE) would still give you the highest chance of succeeding the cast?

It's just like a self-spell. Guild % and according to earlier posts by devs, it's supposed to be a comparable difficulty to the harder spells to cast.
Retired at one time but no longer retired.
