I lost 600-700 honor overnight and the only reason i can think of is because someone hit me intraKD is this possible?

Yes, intrakd hits remove honor.

but that's insane, someone intraKD is pissed at me because he was inactive and I ask to remove him from the KD... he returns and hits me 1 time and I end up losing 650 honor. That seems a bit out of proportion to me...

It just seems a bit out of proportion to loose 650 honor from 1 single attack...
It makes it so that you need friends in order to land drop. The admins didn't want -every- kingdom having that option by simply intra-hitting so they made it destroy tons of honor.~
