    Rune Production - Possible Bug

    Hola,

I thought that Towers were supposed to be flat rated buildings?

    http://wiki.utopia-game.com/index.ph...lding_Formulas

    Towers :67
    Produce: 993

    Per Tower: 993/67 = 14,82

    Building Efficiency: 123.6%

    Per Tower + BE: 12*1.126 = 14,83

So unless I am mistaken BE does count toward towers...

Not getting a flat rate here either. Wiki outdated?

Towers 110 9.7% Produce 1,281 runes per day

    110x12x0.97 (my BE)=1280

Towers (and guild-wiz production .. I think) is affected by BE afaik.

Flat Rate Buildings = Base Effect * Number of Buildings * BE * Monarchy Bonus * Science
That's from the wiki-page you posted Darkmore.

5 towers produced me 89 runes on 93% BE and 60% production sciences as a Faery Paladin.
    5 x 12 x 0.93 x 1.6 = 89.28 runes per hour.

    BE modifies it.

Guilds aren't affected by BE. Towers are affected by BE and prod sci(just like farms).

    67 * 1.236 * 12 = 993.744

That's close enough that I would think it's just the bonuses aren't displaying enough decimals to give you accurate answers.

Unless I'm just tired and not reading posts right

Flat rate means every building provides the same bonus no matter how many do you have(% scaling buildings provide less bonus the more you have). Homes have a flat rate of 10 peasants/home(not affected by BE but affected by pop sci and honor) but % scaling BR(affected by BE). Stables have flat rate of 2 horses/building(not affected by BE or pop) and flat rate prod(affected by BE).

Flat rate building effects are divided into 2 categories: flat rate capacity and flat rate production. Capacity (such as homes' pop bonus or the max number of horses per stable) is not tied to BE. Production is (excepting Labs.) The amount of food, runes, or horses produced per hour are bound by BE, as the Wiki states.

Example: my production for runes: 169*12*1.2(racial)*1.53*.846 = 3150. My production was 3148 which could be due to rounding on the backend.
Retired at one time but no longer retired.
