Logically, this is why I mention Elit as the most befuddling. Not in the conversation of current names but the wars won vs quality opponents.

Track record wise, I've no one to recommend that I've served with. There was one war I've been in that was conducted in the way that I perceive war. It was a very nice experience, but I don't play for records. A good friend in game; he knows.

This is true, but what is the whoring meta? I've done top pump and it is efficient, but it's not the meta. Top pump includes elements of meta, like negative peasants/acre, which has a couple of benefits.

The vulnerability is rather high in relations. Once the army is fully pumped one is particularly sensitive to loss of resources. The control is well thought out through years of development. I've not seen a top province implode from overdoing things. I'm sure others have.

I know the diplomatic environment is critical to the competitive arena. A top kingdom may still be formidable, strategically to a war kingdom, but a marginal pump can be a disaster in whoring.
