GBP - how does it work

sorry if its been asked before..

But GangbangProtection(GBP) kicks in when a prov OOW gets hit a few times/a lot of times. so my question is... if a prov gets hit and GBP is activated.
Then the KD goes into war the next tick. Does the province still have GBP on them?

War stance just reduces the maximum effect of gbp, it doesn't go away entirely. Points are also proportionally cleared when you make attacks of your own~

the wiki has the exact effects, not sure if it is the actual ones or the numbers have been tweaked, but it is not far outside the effects I see when using warspoils to generate gb protection out of a higher number of acres.
