To make myself recruitable, what do i need to do?

I have been trying to get myself recruited in a good KD, but at the moment my qualification is 3 bar on experience, how do i get myself 3 bar for activeness? I have been logging into my account and making 2 uniques a day, how do i increase this qualification?

Use the recrutiment forum rather than the ingame recruitment tools.

What you need to attractive on the market is basically

activity

willing to learn if you are new

and activity

To answer the question...

You need to regularly log in over an extended period of time. Iirc, the game uses 6, 4 hour blocks. If you log into 3 of those blocks over however much time it takes, you'll get a 3 for activity.

That being said, I agree with what others have said. Don't use the in game system. Use the forums or just directly ask kingdoms you're interested in if you can join them.

StratO: that makes sense since all your breakers are in the mud begging for gold and I'm providing it while keeping the enemy attackers off our t/ms via wackamole. But if a moral victory can be scored by having my economy chained off while letting the enemy race toward our t/ms unopposed, then sure.
