Does Reflect Magic affect Paladin casting on the target province? Or is it treated as if the province itself cast the spell and ignore the RM?
Does Reflect Magic affect Paladin casting on the target province? Or is it treated as if the province itself cast the spell and ignore the RM?
Better question, for the last age did any paladins get a self spell cast on others reflected by a province that had RM up?
Maybe there won't be a definitive answer, but if there were enough casting on provinces with RM we should be able to figure it out...
