Wow, nice way to earn more revenue for utopia. Imagine if they want to chart, they got to migrate to a new kingdom location. Let say first 3 moves for free in a new shell. another 22 need to buy invites...Cool..

To deter ppl cheating. Of course it will only works if that person is interesting in how his kingdom stand in the chart. Otherwise, it is non relevant

how does not having my name on a chart deter people? lets look at baseball. yeah taking everyones names out of the hall of fame and out of the records really stopped people from using steroids...
