We are in war now. I just got confirmation from Monarch that he can see option to start Havoc ritual. When steward had checked, we were not in war that time. I will check again once our war ends to see if Havoc is available then to both Monarch and Steward.Originally Posted by Bishop

Ok, our KD is in EOWCF now and Havoc ritual is still available to us. Now all we need to check is whether it's available outside of war or not (so far evidence says it's not available outside of war)
