just a random thought but i think there should be a more prominent warning to new players that they only have 24 hrs to train military before they are open to attacks and ops, instead of some text at the bottom of throne.
the text itself is fine, it's descriptive and well-read. but, imo, it should be on top of throne, a different color (a text box with different background color, i.e. yellow or yellow-orange), and on every page.
maybe also put an orange diamond -- the same/like the 'new mail' notification -- next to the 'Growth' and 'Military' link until those pages have been visited. and have the same notification from throne page ('...24 hours until open to attacks') on both of those pages.
