    It's based on your income in State page if I'm not wrong. and that includes Alchemy Science %.

    I am wondering about the moment this money gets handed to you. Is it really on your first login, or on the 7th of the utopia day(when I never log, throwing a couple 100ks on my prov and persistently getting robbed between the 7th and 8th).

    If it is really transferred to my prov on my login, then its fine, but please double check.
