I've had this before too. Try disabling Munk first.

Can this please be fixed.. I've had an open chat for a day now after I ended my campaign and invited the recruit. No extensions running, no munk, tried relogging. Seems like i've got a recruitment chat permanently stuck in my utopia now. The 'End conversation' button is oddly placed on the left of the screen and doesn't work.
