Since Prosperous is just a "gains mod on fortified and the name", and everything else is the same as fort (except sci generation which was not in the post for me to quote).
There appears to be an error where the Specialist Credits generated hitting into Prosperous is not reduced as it was with fort. Since UD/WH conversions are meant to be reduced, I would assume that specialist credits generated would also be reduced.
