And have you tested this with a sufficiently large sample size, ie 500 to 1000 successful attempts where plague was present?
Build a man a fire and he'll be warm for a day, Set a man on fire and he'll be warm for the rest of his life.

Uh - suggestion forum? Pretty sure the OP wants it as a change for next age.

I dislike the game design of "must run Pali, but Pali lame for actually playing own prov". 'Tis kinda it's schtick, but this makes it even worse. And yes, I played a Faery Pali, and now an age with no Palis... and gonna insist someone run them next age... but not me. Which is rather a sign of a problem - everyone wants one, but no one actually wants to play them. (Or at least, not many want - I'm sure there are some out there.)

Changing plague mechanics is a semi-frequent proposal, but I'm a bit lukewarm even on that - and I'm Faery Sage attacker, so I seem to *live* under plague in war. Part of the issue is that everyone assumes you *must* clear it or 'tis the end of the world... but as an attacker, after a day or two of war, your prov is a train wreck anyway, plague often isn't even the biggest issue. I'll refresh MP/GP and maybe CS before firing the NBs hoping for a cure - sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.
it's vs. its is ambiguous - from now on I'm attempting to use the proper possessive it's, and the contraction 'tis. (Its will just be the plural.)
