I am a WH baron and only have 5 votes. Was this changed the wiki says I should have 6 votes.

Wiki is wrong and i have updated it. Bonuses only apply to lord and over.

So; you have a base one 1 vote up to rank Knight. Once you hit Lord you get +1, or if you are a War Hero +2 (the WH bonus is applied to the additional votes, not the total)
