Abolish Ritual

Seems like its not actually working. I mean to say, we've had 5 casts on an enemy with a ritual up, which should be 10% strength reduced, however in taking Spy on Thrones, this is not the case. The strength has not changed with the casts, and is reducing at it's usual rate. So i'm not sure if its that SoTs are not reporting the reduction, or if the casts are having no effect.

The ritual strength and abolish ritual % have nothing to do with one another.
