both and they also steal into prep and they otherwise are douchebags. I too am waiting for them to get into war.
They are in hostile now and a little bird told me they are threatening OOW razes on the other party. If I see that happening, I will totally jump in and screw them over. I love good drama and 7:15 totally deserves it.

The devs have made a decision to kill competitive utopia and have thereby killed my interest with it.
