Does this work? I guess as long as you aren't connecting to the same Wi-Fi and just use your phone internet. Time to hit up 7-11 and grab a bunch of burner phones.
Or not, my wife barely accepts me playing 1 province on 1 phone all the time.
It works in the most basic sense. It would still be easy to pick up on with heuristics so additional considerations would need to be made.

would imagine with the new aggressive ads and videos that play they must have sold more credits than ever before as the game is simply no longer playable unless you buy the ad block
