    Legality question regarding kd size next age

    I play in a 24 player kd. We prefer playing as 24 players, due to the fact that most utopians are cowards that will not war you unless they have every possible advantage. So to actually get wars, we're happy to give that +1 player advantage to our opponents. With kd's being merged until 25, I assume this means we keep getting a 25th unwanted player all age that we'll have to keep razing out. To prevent grudges, players quitting for having landed in the wrong kd, more fun times for our kd instead of having to intraraze etc, would it be possible/legal to invite one of my none utopian friends in the kd, have him set vacation mode all age long and never have to worry about that 25th spot?

    This could be extrapolated for those who wish to play in 22, 20 or 5 player kd's.

    Merging of Kingdoms - Kingdoms will merge weekly starting on Yr 1. Eligible Kingdoms to merge will be in the lowest 1/3 of the server and will merge similarly as is performed during the end of age reset such that Kingdoms with very few provinces will have a chance to play with other active players in a normal size Kingdom.
    Could read the suggested change, if you are in the bottom 1/3 of the server with 24 provinces it would be quite impressive I would say.

    We're currently not in the top 100, impressed yet? Also note how this can be extrapolated for people who like to play as smaller kd's.

    We're currently not in the top 100 due to a kd split a little earlier that we only just recruited up from. Our wars have been in the top 20 with an average opponent size of 106%.

    If you typically war around the top 20 then you have no reason to believe you'll be harassed with 1 player mergers
