large gain hitting into War

My kingdom is at war. One of our provinces just got hit from someone outside of this war for 62 acres. The prov that got hit was 505 acres. It seems there was no -75% gains penalty on that hit even though it was a few ticks after war was declared.

Anyone else experiencing these types of hits? (getting hit OOW or hitting into war?)
