Unable to close a Chat Box

I have started a couple of chat boxes and the button which is meant to be above the chat box isn't and is hovering over the left of the screen when you scroll down.

If I do click on that button it takes me to a blank white screen. Then if I go back to the Utopia page the chat box is still there.

Can't seem to close chat boxes. Please advise.

They should close automatically - but if you try a different browser does the problem persist?

yes, the problem presists. for days now i have the same stupid recuit chat box stuck open.
