and im looking at recruitment board in game.

so i saw the monarch online and i want to chat with him.
but then...

"CSRF verification failed. Request aborted."
403 forbidden.

and i cannot chat to the monarch.

is this because i dont have prov for chatting or is it bug?
i havent create new province because i want to join the recruitment.
