I like it :D I guess my only imput would be whether a KD would spend 600k+runes on this when they could go with expedient for the cheap and fast building swaps for labs and unis coupled with cheaper thieves and elites, effectively getting 3 birds stoned at once.

If you want to make stance like this you should drop the +abduct gains. The main point of such stance will be to buff T/Ms generation because they can't get scientists in any other way. So something like this:

+100% Science generation(with 40% labs and reve that gives 38%/tick generation)
-35% Enemy's Abduct gains
