Suggestion: show cf's

In game duration cf's are not shown to the whole kingdom. You can see the cf itself but not the end date.

Also while you're at it, add in-game implementation of notices.

There's no reason for in-game notice mechanics. Youre entering into a social agreement, used by very limited % of the server. Deals that honestly shouldn't even exist in the first place, since they just act as a vector for ****play.

It would be nice if the CF timers were visible to all and not just stew/monarch. I think that would be a nice QoL change.

I dont have an issue with this one way or the other, but I don't see the need for it myself. Handy but unnecessary.
