    Builders Boon Bug - Too tough to cast

    I have experienced failing BB more than any other spell. KD mates are experiencing the same.

    I just failed it twice with 14% guilds and 83% BE.

    Could you please review code and see if it is as intended?

    Can you also list what Rituals and Dragons are active on your KD at this time? Are you guys in war or out of war? Additional information would be more helpful in possibly identifying whether there is something affecting the casting success rate or just bad luck.
