Do you only plan to make t-shirts (or hoodies)?

Or is an more diverse shop/market content also possible? I'm thinking of mugs, stickers, pins etc.

Stickers yes. Other clothing possible yes. Not really sure on the full line-up

I'd be fine with a basic t-shirt with the uto logo, no text.

Some ideas for nerdy texts on shirts that could be complemented with suitable illustrations and the logo:
- "Everyone starts at 400 acres", the truest of utopian tropes.
- "Hel of Dim Forest", the most legendary province in utopian history. I'd imagine it's also the most used province name throughout the ages. Could also have some of her peaked stats on it.
- "I got Mehuled", a statement that can be worn almost like a badge of honour these days.
- "I've been around since boats", very confusing for those outside the game...
- "T/M = Thief/Mage", followed by abbreviations for spells and ops, like, "FB = Fireball, AW = Assassinate Wizards", etc. I still get somewhat confused when people use acronyms for face book and after work. : )

lol T-shirts are a very easy go to, cheap to make and give you a ton of options to customise etc. Classic Utopia t-shirt would probably be bought by a lot of people just for sheer linkage to the game. Old classic top kingdom names might be another option. I think largest success would be play on words/actions from the game.

Raze to the ground

very basic things. I typically don't like text on my shirts unless it's something witty. I like 1 and 3.1, personally.

Are custom-made shirts possible? For eg a shirt that say "<custom name> has slain the dragon ravaging our lands!"

The way I see it... Something with a name in it would have to be be customized...
That would be any messages that indicate a specific prov other than yourself outside of "an anonymous prov" or thieves " we know not where they come from"
But any messages that you do to another prov "we have...(insert attack spell/op)" that indicate you in a general leader way would be good...

of those logos... i have to say i like the 1st one of possibly the smoky one.

I could see maybe basic Crowns being recognized for the age and posted on back of apparel

maybe try seeing how the logo would look on a shoulder or sleeve. for sure a beanie would work. you see it all the time with anime type of stuff

Yes! Like with line-ups posted for a music festival, but with crowning kds for a series of ages.
