New Spell: Explode Thieves

This spell is mystic only and explodes a small percentage of the target province’s thieves.

This spell is meant to even the power between mystics and rogues.

Pls call it something that doesn't abbreviate to the same as an existing spell

I am up for a different name such as Vaporize Thieves or anything else that makes sense.
The idea remains the same.
