Really my questions are: Is the winner of the contest whoever reaches the highest sci, or the province with the highest sci on the last tick(end of the last tick) of the age?

Also, Is this really a contest? or just a forum post?

Does the game developers have a mechanism to pull the highest sci, or are we dependant on forum posts?

Great for a themed kingdom though. I could see an undead kingdom called "BRAINS!" that emphasized abduction in all aspects of kingdom interaction.

Like 4 or 5 weeks ago we found some little human with over 500 so if he kept on chugging id say he couldve doubled that. His problem was that he had like 400 nwpa and no real numbers to go along with it b/c he got so much NW from profs lol
