Remove explorable acres cap during EOWCF

When you get chained and explore in eowcf you can only explore your existing size, eg if you're 100 you can only explore 100 acres, make is so that you can explore more than existing size during eowcf so you can recover faster from sever chaining.

Keep the explore cap during oow period but please remove explore cap during eowcf!

    Thoughts?

Agree (as we have individual caps anyway).

Disagree. There should be repercussions from being chained, beyond 3 or 4 days inconvenience. Like having to work more and coming oow smaller than you'd like often.

Why do people view eowcf as a soft reset or some sort?

That's a good idea. If required it can be limited to provinces below a certain acreage.

Pillz, the EoWCF is a recovery and downtime period. Getting chained still has consequences (especially if massacres and abducts are thrown in, and when you get brought down to land defense, they usually are). It doesn't and shouldn't need to ruin you for 1-2 weeks though.

Did the people that got chained do something wrong that they deserve punishment?
