Hi the reported changes to Unies have not taken effect - Unies are functioning this age (75) exactly as they were last age. Is this the same issue that caused the last misreported change to unies in Age 73? Could you please either fix it or change the text in the reported changes. BTW this has a major effect on all science based strategies and you should implement the promised unie changes and not just delay them till next age like you did in age 73.

Just to clarify, neither the base rate nor the max protection cap have changed for unies
For the record, they never said the cap would change in the changes this age.

it is unclear what "University science protection rate" means, hence the reason I bothered to clarify - Neither the "percent base effect" nor the "percent max" has changed since last age. I have tested both in game with actual unies built (ie not simply relying on the build adviser info or the wiki).
