I understand your anger and frustration, my kingdoms age got ruined over this issue when we faced COL. I was told by the DavidC that their servers and CPU have been upgraded and he didn't believe that was the problem. So he was looking into outside issues and would get back to me. I haven't heard anything since. Anyways it needs to be fixed either way. Weather they want to admit it. They can't handle 50 provs acting at the same time. That would be too fair though. In an engagement maybe half of a kd acts in the first mins of engagement. And server csnt handle that. It's 1 thing to tell the users you upgraded your servers and ****. Good servers don't protect against bad code
I suggest you have a hard look at how prov actions are handled and see what you come up with
I always assumed it was related to a bot scanning the paper or I guess now tracking NW changes of provs. Like how sanc had a province with a * on at all times which would alert them if they got hit or waved so they'd always be on.
Does checking a provinces profile also act like a province interaction / change in database like ops do?

I can't see it too hard to design a bot to spam one opt. Like set it to ns one province, which untended or intended act locks that that province out.
Not to totally out sanc, the first time the server became an issue involved me and sanc and an arranged fight. There used to be a page that scanned the relations you had with the whole server and me being a noob new monarch thought that page had the button. That page would crash the server and I asked my kd to spam that page to tell me when I had a button one time unknowingly.
I believe the oopses came with a code change at some point after that. Although I always thought it was related to how munkbot updates. Munkbot seemingly always has accurate prov NW info, even if different from kd page.

Oops wasn't a munk-caused issue, but it did explode along with munkbot usage for a reason... Now I think munkbot displays game-provided server-accurate KD page values every 15 minutes.

Edit: Best looked at with munk war tracker probably. Hipmunks are chaining down the larger dryads while Emeriti appears to be max gaining. Emeriti's faes seem to be UB but Im not sure any of the provs in Hipmunks are UB, with T/Ms losing a fair bit of land so far. Wars at 36 hours, I imagine Emeriti is going to WD at min time up around 30k

If you click on the province name on the kd page it will show the actual province nw, which will be different from the KD page until it updates. When you click on this, munk updates it on the intel site- theres even a little green box that shows up saying it's doing this.
