Aside from the fact that the wording is all wrong, it's the enemy's mages that have ruined my people's faith in the military, not MY mages...

I got that spell on Feb 2. Tic to Feb 3, I didn't see if I actually got soldiers, but I did get:

Draft Costs 7,874gc

So either the spell is not functioning, or the spell is stopping drafting but not draft costs? I'll know more at the tic, stay tuned for update in 40, just wanted to get this up while I remembered.
