I had 2900 def specialist
and 600 off spec at home
and 1937 Drows


I feel way too much 210 from 3500 with 1 action.

Well, it would have been 210 from the 2900, since they only hit one type of specialist at a time. That is a pretty decent number for the beginning of the age, but here's something to consider.

Propaganda targets Off specs, Def specs, Elites, Soldiers, Thieves, and Wizards. The chance to hit any one of those is even across the board, and completely random. So while your target might have a lot of dspecs, their elites are out, they have zero soldiers, probably low tpa and wpa. So there is only a 1 in 6 or 17% chance that you will hit something useful.

Also - if you cast patriotism and build watch towers, it will reduce the effectiveness.

I suppose a Bacon +20% sab damage might help getting 7% grab from one stack too
