Dragon Range IN WAR still capped?!

Your kingdom can only create dragons to other kingdoms between 80% and 125% of your net worth! While you need 50% NW to get your win...

in my opinion, at war, there should not be range caps.
If a KD is stubborn enough to keep fighting and hold the 51% NW as long as possible...
Why couldn't the winning kingdom use their earned econ advantage to put an end to the conflict with a dragon?


Maybe there is a valuable reason to keep those boundaries in place but I can't find it myself. War is War.. that's my 2 cents

Not even sure why we still have dragons with rituals... They sort of replace both stances & dragons in many respects.

I mean I get the differences, but it seems redundant to include both.
