well ... i dont know how old school some of you really are but ... here you go

if you guys remember "Redutopia Banner Rotations" then you will know what i mean

i just finished to do a whole revamp to the code to a new code on the latest php and sql versions

i called it "BlueUtopia" since it is a brand new code after all
