Avians can use horses on attack?

So, just like Undead/Rogue got all the ops.

We talked about this in kingdom, and this actually made sense.

The line was, Undeads only have intel ops.

Rogues got the ability for all ops unlocked.

This feels slightly different, in that it's an unintended or overlooked bug.

I don't care that the avians can steal the war horses.

The changes say they can't use them in combat, but clearly can send them if they possess them by using the op.
