There needs to be a way to get rid of BIG GRIEFERS in a KD.

Exile Spell, difficulty easy, rune and mana cost very low. can only cast once on same prov.
If 3/4 of the KD cast exile the offending Prov is sent to a shell KD with no invites, and end of age CF is implemented .
Can make one KD for all exiles, they cant attack any KD a member has been exiled from. Can recruit but not defect.

or just reset their prov so easy to kill.
