    bringing back learns is a good change. those days when people whine about losing their science, fun days.

    The only change we really need is a fix for the gold bug and restoration of all provinces affected by it. The rest is trivial.

    One other thought, maybe more for the future than for final change for Age 78, but drop the insistence on penalties for every race. They suck from a PR perspective, psychologically, and it was never the case in the early days when the game was more populated that there were penalties everywhere. It's fine to incorporate some penalties, but it seems like there's a growing obsession with them like it's automatic that races must have penalties every age if they're just gratuitous. It's not a must. Knock it off.

    Elves didn't have penalties last couple of ages...

    So Again, where are those commentators who said MS and Chastity are nothing compare to NS and steal warhorses?
    And where are they again who said it is easy to handle a war win with more than 4 rogues in a kingdom?
    I bet those who said MS is easy, never really face a kingdom who know who to chain or to attack.

    Proposed desertion changes:

    Reduce rate of desertion by 50%.

    Troops home and out desert.

    Troops desert in equal proportions, and not in order (so you can't use soldiers to prevent spec/elite desertions)


    What is the logic in this? It's already hard enough to recover from a chain, now we lose all the offensive leets that attackers try to protect then have a shorter eowcf to retrain. This is definitely looking like an age of few wars.

    take the sci negative off orc. dont completely change the sci system than add a negative to the new system on a race. maybe look at that for next age give us at least one to figure it out. maybe give them a tpa negative again if you think they are too strong. also lower elite cost to 900 make elite 9/1.

    like all the personalities. would like to see one get the +1 general like we had back in the day.

    sage removal is good. but def should look at adding a ritual for sci.

    elf is very strong considering the only penalty you gave them you countered by giving them Inspire Army so its not a true negative like every other race has. a negative on a race shouldn't be counter-able by a spell. you basically made it a 15% wage increase as you can keep IA up 24/7 with ease. hell elf pally you completely take the negative away with a spell. fix that.

    still do not like 3 races on 8/3 elites please change the numbers a bit +/- 1 or something make each races elites a diffrent stat to all others.

    I think I understand the idea behind the science changes, makes it so you can not get everything and have good science i all categories and allow for specialisation, but would it not be better then to limit the number of categories you can allocate the scientists in at the same time to say between 8-10 so that you have to chose what categories to take and which not to use, of course scientists can be reste at the cost of their xp so you won't be barred from getting books in every category. Maybe also weaken learn so you can not remove books stolen and put them into another category. I see some potential for specialisation here.

    Furthermore I think Carthage should be destroyed and Dryad brought back into the game.

    Dwarf +75% food consumption should be lowered back to +50% especially with the leet Nerf, seems like you unnecessarily hit them too hard.



    Good age to explore new sci, somebody mentioned no learns, I think further reduce gains on learns.



    72hr eowcf is terrible! Back to 96 please. Not like we have a fortified stance!



    Start of age, give us some scientists AND books so we can play around with sci in freeze time OR give us some numerical details on,

    - the base gain of books in each experience level of scientists
    - how many experience levels, how many books greeted to reach each level
    - multiplier factor for mass book allocation incentives mentioned in proposed changes (or is that out?)
    - is book reallocation possible (should not be, instant effect could be abused)
    -base and max % for schools, labs and unis

    Change Heretic's bonus from "Sorcery and Crime" to simply an Arcane category bonus +30% effects.

    Pretty sure everybody has already said their piece. And in ref to not having to face a kingdom like that.. I was a mage in a kingdom like that, and i think NS, Prop and AW is more effective. Just play Orc if you dont like MS - RM is a decent deterrent, and you'll have a laugh every time you see a MS cast has been reflected.
