This would work like amnesia. Change raze to outright destroy acres - it used to take 20% base as I recall. But those acres go into a kingdom-wide pool, that is given back to the kingdom at war end along with war win/loss bonuses.

But the acres are 'destroyed'... raze=dead ground...
what about them books that reappear at end of war? (iirc, seems Discord responds to certain users' questions....)
apply a similar mechanic to raze.
Edit 1: I got an answer. Isn't quite how I thought Learn in war works. I still think OP's idea has some merit. The smart people can work out the deets :D
