I would go even further: eliminate the "number of casts" and just set target strength at 100%. Just like now, it's possible to trigger over or under strength. But unlike now, various factors can impact how much a single cast advances the ritual. Basic cast would be 1.25% to keep the same 80 casts needed for "full strength," but Cunning and/or Invocation could boost it. Maybe Cunning adds to the % boost (so a decently pumped province could maybe get 2 - 2.5%?) and Invocation adds to success rate? The basic value of each cast could be dropped to account for these changes.
Like it! Easier to understand what's going on too. Converting from casts to %, like we do today, seems to me like an unnecessary thing to do.
