You dont need bots to do well at Utopia!... but i think these changes are good...

I mean rank and win. All intelbots are just lazy ways of writing something on a sheet of paper ... i am a 80s child... as for chats ... well pm and kd forum are fine... 3600 seconds or so between ticks... more than enough for two dozen plus one provinces to coordinate ... two and a half minutes each divided up to hit in order ... just read the words and click the buttons...
