    Return to the old ways ... winds amid the mountains ...

    I suggest a return to the old and good ways of 72 hour protection time and no 1,000s of credits ... it all seems a bit too rushed amid the mechanics of the game ... the credits and soldiers represent time playing in protection ... why not let us experience the proper preparation time?

    (The new chat and page additions are good, kudos devs)

    While it was good for most, myself included, a lot of people became bored/quit early when you spend 3 days doing nothing for the most part. The change to one day, when I first had it, felt rushed but now it's just me doing in 1 day what i would have yawned and done in 3. Gets you going faster.

    They don't seem too concerned about who quits -- at least not too concerned about the majority of us individually. If they did they wouldn't be forcing radical new defaults that can't easily be turned off on all of us.

    Alot of the fun of this game is the preparation and planning of Provinces, i think a return to 72 hour protection instead of 25 hours with credits would be a positive move.

    Add to the fact that the game is based on the premise that you have to maintain your province, regardless of where you are in the age. I rather have people picking up good habits that knows hows to maintain their province (which a 3 day thing helps gives the correct mindset), over people who never learn and always ends up asking for aid and it is always the same people (which the 1 day with free credits is basically a free handout).......

    There are some benefits with the 1 day protection an credits that you should mention / take into consideration if you want to consider the opposite of going back to the old.

    1. As already mentioned by kushinade, it was percieved as boring for some with not much going on. These -some- people are people too, to take into consideration.
    2. New random provs spawning no longer is able to sit for 3 days in protection, only to end up being inactive. The % of inactive new randoms you may get to your kingdom is roughly 50% i would say(?). Hence, it may give you alot of downtime when you often are unable to war.
    3. The 3 day no credits protection pump could be utilized by some kingdoms/players much more efficient, resulting in an uneven spread OOP. If I remember correctly, some came OOP at 1k acres and still decently pumped, while others where "stuck" at 4-500, while still similarly pumped. It probably helped the divide kingdoms into tiers already from start.

    1. I disagree with this opinion but i respect it ... i suppose it links to 3.
    2. Aye but in warar they still seem to get 3 full days hey ... it still has that effect you fear when kds are in War...
    3. Good players deserve that... coming OOP is most important - it still is ... but the rushidness irks me ... like a necromancer yak beast...

    It makes no difference gameplay is **** you can make it 10 days or 1 hour.

    When you get oop you will be in a kingdom that one troll like Matija the turk operates all provinces + you need to pay munk fee as bonus. No thanks.
