    Undead consumes peasants

    - Instead of consuming bushels, Undeads consume peasants per tick. the rate is slightly higher than the default birth rate.
    - Troops away doesn't eat peasants at home.
    - Every successful attack also kills a percentage of peasants.

Too easy to PK through Storms, FB, Chas, Kidnap?

Sounds more realistic, though the number of eaten peasants per tick should be small... as to not be that affected by ops.

It’s like the time we dressed up in steam punk then waited for our Puerto Rican friend at the airport but he never showed up.

How about using peasants instead of runes for spells as well? Like human sacrifices. Each peasant amounting to maybe 10 or 15 runes. Also the option to use 25%, 50% or 100% cost as peasants.

Undead consuming peasants is a cool idea. Should have something mechanic-based to supplement their birthrate though, like having all units killed in battles come back as soldiers (unless opponent is also undead, in which case only the victor gets the solds). Would make undead massacre an interesting attack. Accumulate soldiers up the wah-zoo potentially. Maybe give them 0 birthrate also, though that makes EoWCF a problem potentially.

Peasants for casting instead of runes is a cool idea. Make it racial. Bring Dark Elves back for this mechanic. No access to towers or rob the towers thief op. (lightning strike spell is okay to give them I guess?)
