Give a bonus to single Race Kingdoms

It's been a while since we saw any single Race KD's like TFC or the Shirish Mafia (Or any other single Race KD) in Utopia.

So for the sake of those who are looking for some roleplaying or fun in this way (or maybe as a way to give meaning to a KD Theme), give such KD's with only a single race in them some type of bonus.
This suggestion assumes that these KD's would not likely be competing for any crowns, so its more of a suggestion to add some fun for those who are willing to try such an approach to the game. In most cases these KD's would be limiting themselves in some way by having only a single race.

The bonus could either be an improvement upon the race characteristics, ie:

An All Human KD could receive: +5% Bonus to science effectiveness
An All Faery KD could recieve: +5% WPA bonus
An All Orc KD could receive: +5% Battle Gains, +10% Enemy casualties on attacking
    etc..
(%'s suggested are merely suggestions - I'll leave it up to better heads to get to "right" %'s)

    OR

The bonuses could be irrelevant to race characteristics, ie:

An All Avian KD could receive: +1 off spec
An All Elf KD could recieve: Some bonus spell(s)
    etc..

How about give each race (or persona) a small kingdom wide boost. Capped at 22 provs.

Like for every human in the kingdom, all provinces receive -1% wage costs. Every dorf in the KD gives +0.5% BE (so a dorf with +20% BE and 21 other dorfs in the kingdom would get 22 x 0.5 = 11% x 120% ==> 133% base BE).

Faeries could give you +1% WPA and Halfling +1% TPA. Undead +0.5% pop, elf + 0.5% ME and avian +1% birth rates .. this would give some added benefit to working together in getting a solid kingdom setup. Some sort of knowledge spillovers.

Sure, it could mean you can run a very focused kingdom setup, or perhaps a split to complement weaknesses.

    Example:
5 Faeries, 10 undeads and 10 elves. (capped at 22 to make it even, perhaps the first 22 to create?)
You'd get a 5% wpa boost kingdom wide from the faeries, 5% pop boost and 3.5% ME boost kingdom wide. Giving your faeries some benefit of having some extra pop to combat that -10% pop suggestion, the undeads get some extra punching power and the elves combined with their mages fury could enjoy the small wpa boost to help with spellcasting.

Obviously, these numbers are just a suggestion, but it'd make working together and getting a nice cohesion to be worthwhile.
    Regards,

The problem is that unless a particular race is super broken already...a single race bonus will cause people to strive for it and end up with a garbage kingdom. It's the kind of noob bait that causes new players to quit.

THAT SAID. It would be neat to take this and apply it to kingdoms with a certain number of races. If they had 5 of a particular race; give those 5 a small bonus. If they have 10 of that race, apply a similar bonus to the entire kingdom. 5 orcs get a 5% enemy casualty bonus. 10 orcs and the kingdom gets 5% enemy casualty bonus. (Maybe make it stackable, so the orcs now get a 10% bonus)
This would be a big mechanic change and would require a lot of fleshing out before even testing it, though.
