    New Race

I spent some time developing a new race for utopia. Just a starting point. Will of course need some balancing. Hoping some people will get excited and we can start a discussion. Don’t forget to thumbs up if you like it.

    Trolls:
A fierce and resilient race of giants, traditionally hunter gatherers who have been known to raid villages when driven by hunger. They have recently established civilizations, even still they have an affinity for Combat and disdain for other races.
    Bonus
% of O specs promoted to Elites on all attacks (50% effectiveness on ambush)
    No Training Costs
    +30% Siege Effectiveness
-30% Casualties on offense another defense

    Penalty:
    Cannot train Elites
    +200% Military Wages
    +300% Food consumption
    -20% Population
    Scientists stay Novice
Limited to self spells and intel Ops

    Soldiers
    3-1
    D-Spec 0-4 StoneTrolls
    O-Spec 7-0 Marauders
    Elites 11-4 Cyclopes 11.5 NW

    Racial Self Spells

    Feast-
On successful attacks, fallen allies and foes will be collected and served in a celebratory feast. (Massacre will have a greater effect) Should be capped, possibly 6 days max, additional attacks cannot exceed cap limit but add to until cap is reached.
    0 bushels consumed for x-days.

    Sacrificial lamb-
Soldiers receive +2 offense on next attack but all will fight to the death.

They will feast on the bodies of their fallen friends and foes so they wont need any bushels to eat. So up to 6 days of no food required.

It looks like Undead Diet, to be honest.

    1. You're trying too hard to create new mechanics and this is awful. 0 training costs, extra wages, conversions, free food...you're doing way too much.
    2. There are no such things as "thumbs up" in the forums aside from making an icon on your posts.
    3. Wrong forum.
