Stronger tools science. Along with current bonus, dwarves would also receive a reduction of workers needed for max efficiency. Maybe scale it 3 to 2, where a 30% reduction pairs with a 20% BE bonus.

I agree with the former (more tools science would be nice), but the latter is a spell and it’s called ghost workers.
Maybe dwarves should get it.
I should clarify. If one has a 20% bonus in tools science, that would correlate with a 30% reduction in jobs needed
