Force CF / Surrender

We cannot surrender to XXXXXXXXXX (XX:XX) since the hostile is only 1 day old.

There's no mention of this rule in wiki or guide?

What's the minimum time, or is this a mistake?

The minimum is 4 hours. Oddly enough, the hours run from the first time Hostile was reached – so if a KD becomes Hostile on the 24th, drops back to Unfriendly on the 1st and then gets to Hostile again on the 3rd you can slap them with that forced CF immediately.

But otherwise, you gotta wait 4 hours, which is dumb but probably the least dumb thing about the death-by-thousand-cuts way they’re trying to get rid of forced CF.
