Tick Length for Round 117 will be 5 minutes.

Important things to know about Genesis moving forward:
  • You can utilize UtopiaBot for free in your Discord server on Genesis (Monarch just needs to set it up!)
  • Invites continue to not be available
  • Mentor DOES work on Genesis
  • You are able to use Sitting credits on Genesis
  • To prevent abuse, there is a 3 hour waiting period to creating new provinces


Important variances from WoL to note
  • Provinces will abandon after 1 day of inactivity
  • Income per job is 6 gc
  • Income per prisoner is 1.5
  • Intra-Kingdom attacks will deal significantly more damage (double) and remove a minimum 50 acres
  • Ambush will target only the land that was lost, not what the attacker received (due to acre generation)
  • MAP (Multi-Attack Protection) awarded for attacks is reduced by 50% from that seen on WoL
  • Stealth and Mana recovery is 5 per tick
  • Plague has been removed from this age
  • Base Specialist strength is 12 points
  • Max Gains cap is 25% (up from 20% on WoL)
  • Base science book production is 400 / tick
  • Starting scientists is 10
  • Scientist generation rate is 5% per tick
  • Scientists produce less books at higher experience levels than compared to WoL
  • Explore/Build Time/Train Time/Army Attack times are all roughly 75% of normal (WoL)
  • Acres are generated on Traditional Marches (20%)
  • War Min Time is 24 ticks
  • End of War CeaseFire is 60 ticks
  • Kingdom Size is 6
  • Kingdom Wall is not available
  • War can be declared on ANY kingdom, if your Kingdom is at least Hostile towards them AND they are IN declare range
  • Declare range changed to 90% - 125%
  • There is now a PRE-WAR CEASE-FIRE which lasts 12 ticks once war is declared
  • During PRE-WAR CEASE-FIRE no attacks or ops can be made, except for Intel
  • No attacks or operations can be performed onto a Kingdom that is at war, except for Intel
  • War Auto-Surrender occurs at 30 ticks
  • Acre generation has also been reduced in war (from 20% OOW to 10% In War)
  • Dragons will no longer give Hostile points
  • Hostility points required for Unfriendly is 8
  • Hostility points required for Hostile is 16
  • Defecting removes 0% of your resources
  • Overpopulation which prevents attacks occurs at 130%
  • Thieves no longer function at 140% over max pop
  • Beginner Protection is 12 ticks (in and out of war)
  • You can enter or leave Vacation Mode during war or EoWCF
  • Vacation Mode delay is 3 hour (in and out)
  • Mentor does work
  • Daily Bonuses do not work correctly so you'll have to ignore the bonus information on State Council page


Ritual Info
  • Base casts required: 20
  • 100% Efficiency casts: 30
  • Overcasting will grant much larger effects than in WoL (decreased from previous Genesis rounds)
  • Duration is 60 ticks
  • Expedient can only be cast up to 300% (anything after this will not have any effect)
  • Abolish Ritual only requires 20 casts
  • Rituals can be destroyed after 24 ticks
  • Ritual will activate automatically in 36 ticks
