Wasnt it so that you could abandon province if you wanted to, but leave the province intact for someone else to play?
As it stands I've got a player wanting to leave and an oldtimer who I've convinced this time around it isnt so demanding/addictive. But now the player leaving cannot abandon his province, as he's done a hostile act today.
Back in the day you could abandon and either keep or destroy your lands, right? What's the point in disabling the abandon function (keeping lands intact) for hostile acts? Now I have to keep the player wanting to leave active for 24 more hours, not aiding out or doing stuff and I have to keep the new guy entertained and interested. All the while we're in a hostile situtation, probably leading to war.
If it's war, we'll have a few more days of needing a sitter and I can probably kiss the province goodbye as the leaving guy isnt going to login in a few days to abandon and the new guy will lose interest again if he cant play the game.
Can we fix this bug? It used to be different in the past.
