Think the build tool idea was a good addition. Think that doing the same for a science build tool per science category would be nice.

I.e. you could set 100% of sciences to go to income science under economy. Under military, you may have it do 33% into Strategy, Valor and Heroism since you're playing a TM. Under arcane arts, may split equally 20% into each category because you're also a TM. It fills it in for you based on your preset percentages.
